- the staff is really kind and friendly. very professional. - hotel facilities are amazing and room design espectacular - hotel is brand new - breakfast is really good and the restaurants offer really good dishes at reasonable prices (even if you are far from other restaurants outside the hotel, the prices of the hotel restaurants are really good, and the food quality is really good too, which we really appreciated). - water sports equipment for free - amazing gym My birthday was during my stay. I got a really nice surprise when i got to the room! Thanks a lot to the room service team! Something to remember for the rest of your live! Really thank you!

Equally really enjoyed the location as it is remote far from Khao Lak and other hotels/resorts meaning you have a long and wild stretch of beach to explore and to yourself. This was peak season and it was very busy with the staff working hard to keep everything running smoothly, special thanks to Matthias who seemed to be everywhere all the time. The reception staff were very sharp getting back to all our requests and efficiently booking taxi's/trips for us to enjoy.

Breakfast spread was very large and very good. The beach front restaurant the service was slow, however they made up the service. IT was very quick and swift to solve the HDMI issue in the room. SPA was nice. Kids Club was good but could be more games for 10 years old. Gym facility was awesome. Front and Bell Desk was always helpful.. Overall it was pleasant stay and we would like to come back again in future time.

The whole resort is quite new and looks beautiful with a big central pool and a smaller pool close to the beach. The rooms are nice, very quiet and have a big balcony. The breakfast is excellent with a lot of choices. There are 2 restaurants, both offer decent thai and international food.
